The Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa- Winter Wonder Grand
Client Brief:
The Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa were looking to bring a spectacular, new and unique experience to Jersey this winter.
The Terrace at the AA Five Star hotel would be transformed into a magical, twinkling drinking and dining destination with four chic Scandinavian inspired domes complete with fairy lights, festive decorations and Bluetooth speakers for personal playlists.
Guests would be invited to book their own winter dome and get cosy whilst enjoying great food and drink with a seasonal twist.
What we delivered:
Each 12ft solid wood UniDome seated between six and eight people and was fitted out with solid floor, vinyl finish, integrated LED lights and air heater.
The clear domes ensured guests were able to take in the beautiful views of the St Hellier Beach and soak up the winter during the day and by night hunker down in the cosy pods with friends and family.
The relaxed furniture layout provided the perfect setting for tempting tapas and choice of three sharing platters. Each package was for those wanting a little more. Each winter package is served with a glass of Champagne and a choice of mulled wine or a specially designed winter cocktail; or mocktail during dry Jan.
The Tassili restaurant located within the hotel was also serving up a very Winter Wonder Grand package so that guests can enjoy 4 AA Rosette fine dining in spectacular style under the stars.
